How does annual billing work?

With annual billing, you pay for 10 months instead of 12, which is equivalent to 2 free months. The amount is billed in a single payment.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Your access remains active until the end of the current billing period. There are no cancellation fees.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

After cancellation, your workspace is locked but your data is retained for 90 days, allowing you to resubscribe at any time without data loss.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and SEPA direct debit through our payment partner Stripe.

Can I switch plans?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. When upgrading, the difference is prorated. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the next billing period.

How does the free trial work?

Every plan includes a 14-day free trial with full access. No credit card is required to get started. After the trial period, you can choose a paid plan or your workspace is locked.

Do prices include VAT?

Prices shown are exclusive of VAT. Any applicable taxes are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location. European business customers with a valid VAT number can apply the reverse charge mechanism.
